Subscription change
Hello -
We currently have 3 projects in ScrumNinja - 2 open source + 1 non-open source (with a 5 user subscription).
We are discontinuing the non-open source project; is it possible to cancel the non-open source subscription without impacting our open source projects? (I was hesitant to change the monthly plan to the "1 user" plan, because I wasn't sure if that would impact the open source projects as well).

downgrading your subscription will not impact open source projects.
where is your source code available to the public?

I tried to downgrade my subscription to 1 user / FREE, and I got back an error message that said there was a problem processing my credit card.

Hi Kristin,
Yeah, you just need to cancel it. I just hit the cancel link and it worked.
