Tool tips get stuck on

The various tool tips, over stories, tend to get "stuck" and never go away at times. Sometimes many of these will pile up on the screen. The only way to clear it is a full refresh of the page.

    We are aware of this bug in the tooltip library we are using (qtip). Sorry for the inconvenience! We will fix it as soon as we can.
