Is there a way to reset your password without having to sign in? I have a very large team using Scrum Ninja, and we need to reset some accounts because they aren't letting users even make a password in the first place.

   Hey Timmy,

   If you click on users in the Project Tools menu at the top, you can click resend invite. Alternatively, they can enter their email address in forgot password dialog. I hope this solves your problem.

   Could you be more specific about it not letting users make a password? What happens?
